I will turn off ad-blocker anytime if it will help save the Roo!

    I'm afraid I don't know, I don't use Firefox.

first off, I'll have to agree with essex in that the vault was an experiment that didn't work
it's no fun to go somewhere that your friends can't go, and not everybody can afford extras to their budgets
I'm not all that sure an adult section would be lucrative, especially if you have to pay to go there, there's plenty of free porn on the web lol
but it could help cover some expenses, might be worth a try

I suggest a DONATION button, we never expected a free ride, and we've never stopped being grateful for all you've done to keep this place going
I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised at the generosity of our members, especially when it comes to keeping this place going!

there are a couple of other suggestions to help increase traffic in the forums:

first, we need to get it more user friendly, as in fixing some of things that are broken
and I don't mean the like button (though it would be nice if we got that back)

we can't search ... no matter what terms I try, it comes back with "no matches"
which makes it hard to find older threads and older posts

and a biggie is that leave page hiccup!
we have to go to advanced reply to by pass it
and it causes double posts sometimes

and sometimes, when we hit reply on a post or a PM, the text in the post/PM vanishes from the reply box

and one more: maybe you could piggy back a link to the forums on the Rumble newsletter?
it was POD in the newsletter that brought a lot of us in here, nearly all I'd venture to guess
at the very least, it would increase traffic for the ads

thank you doesn't even begin to cover it, but they're calling your post a Christmas miracle
    and I couldn't agree more!

    Search works for me...

    It does't work for you?

that worked, but it searches everything

when I try to find say a post from roadkill in the Believe thread, it comes back no matches
I've tried one thread in every section

I think I figured it out, it defaults to Word Games and Quizzes ... when I change it to the proper forum, it works fine

I have tried to search for something but I need Thy Princess Admin Squirt to show the where I am screwing up as no matter what I put it always comes back "nothing found" and some things I don't know what thread or forum they were in. But I like the way things seem to be going with the Roo right now and am very happy to see the Rooman is finally coming in here and talking to us and asking for our input. WTG it all so far. Hopefully we can get the membership back up and we can meet new people who will join our big family.

The "Remember me" on login doesn't work, I have to log in every time I start. No big deal.

Ads placed at the top, bottom, or sides of the screen are normal. Placing the ads in people's posts is not normal. If the ads can be placed appropriately, I would turn off the ad blocker. Anyone can see how ads placed in posts will detract from the content of the post.

ad blocker also turned off --

on signing in it works for me most times but when it don't I found if I clicked a couple of times in the user name block it will pop up the sign in name and then click on password and that goes right in also, then I click on "save" again and click on "sign in" ,,

I have not had to physically sign in for a very long time since I found the trick of clicking on the "user name" thing a couple or three times,, Good luck folks

Thank you so much Mr. Rooman
