Bless you, Lady. I would love to learn your technique as well. I have a finished animation, using Peter's idea, but please don't hesitate to share your knowledge with me as also. Enjoy lunch with your sister and Happy Birthday to her!

for this animation, I used Eye Candy 4000: Jiggle
you can also use Eye Candy Nature: ripples

then I got rid of the ants, and copied it to AS as the second frame of my animation
then I clicked on frame 1
    and went to EFFECTs

    then to INSERT IMAGE TRANSITION
    and selected FADE

you want to make sure ANIMATION FRAME is ticked
and you can choose how many frames you'd like and the speed
I tend to like frames in denominations of 3, because a lot of premade glitter animations are 3 frames
by choosing 7 frames, I get a total of 9
(the first and last frame don't count in the transition, but you need to consider them when choosing how many frames in the transition)

then I went back to frame 1 and selected all frames
copied and pasted as a new animation
then went back to my original animation and reversed the frames
this gives you the flow going the other way
then copied it and pasted it to the end of the new animation

I created a background that contained 18 frames and pasted the girl into it!

I wanted to give a bit more information on the JIGGLE in Eye Candy
TWIST, WARP and BUBBLE SIZE all change the severity of the jiggle, just play with them, I used it on the bird's white feathers too

Thank you for the great tutorial! I don't have Eye Candy 4000 but your tutorial gave me an awesome idea and I am going to experiment with it a bit. Fantastic job on the effect you created in her gown.
I really appreciate your and Peter's tips and tricks.

    Thanks, Squirt.
I loved both of your ideas so much, I merged them and here is the finished animation. That is the part I love most about creating, being creative and I wanted both of you in my new signature.
