Evidently a once in a generation vote is every three years...
Given that the administration has just announced their intention to hold a second referendum on Scottish independence in the next couple of years, how often should these votes be held?

I really don't know that much about it, Vinnie. Has the situation changed to the point where people will have changed their minds, or is it just a case of trying to keep an issue alive?

Not much has changed, and I'm not sure that the SNP can afford another referendum.
The economy has tanked, with the oil price drop. The UK has started moves to leave the EU which is the reason that the new referendum is proposed.

Should we be surprised that a party whose policy is independence is proposing a move towards it?

It sounds to me like the people are getting just what they voted to get. I don't understand their problem.
