Wojjie has been informed that the uploader, profile and navigation buttons on the front page are not working.

UPDATE: This site no longer has an uploader.

I can't seem to even type anything in on the uploader login? Is it because I am working on my mobile phone or what's the deal?

that's a possibility, the only other person I know of that comes here via phone is Horty and I don't think he's used our uploader

Login from the "Upload" tab at the top of the page doesn't work.
You have to click the Kangaroo top left, then you can click the "Upload" button there to sign in.

Addendum to the above post:
If your password here has changed I'm not sure the password for the uploader will have changed too, as Admin have separated the Forum from the uploader.

What's the advantage of using the uploader than TinyPic, Photo Bucket and etc,, ? I have my pic's saved in those two and makes it so much easier to go back and get them again...

When I was using Photo Bucket I would get a lot of pics and try to re-arrange them. Can't do that! If you move the pic, it will disappear from where ever you posted it. There were so many, I couldn't find the ones I wanted...so I started using other uploaders. I keep my pics stored on an external hard drive in hundreds of folders and files.

photobucket and tinypic both remove adult content images, they consider bare butts "adult"
the Roo uploader only removes for copyright violations and porn
there's no way to go back in the Roo uploader and find an upload though, you have to upload it again if you want to use it again, or store the code somewhere
so it's not good for image storing, I have mine in my computer, in a pendrive and an external

that's what I do, I have them stored in folders by subject matter in my computer and then I save them to my external hard drive just in case they get removed from the Roo and they are post within the last year, I figure anything older than a year had been seen and saved by others or ?? lol
I have noticed that most threads a lot of the pic's are missing as previous members had left and maybe deleted them from their uploader or computer so nothing but a lot Black X's of wasted post and pages maybe taking up valuable space in the Roo.

most of those are pics from uploaders that don't exist anymore, like the original Roo uploader, when that went bust, it taught us all to keep a backup of our pics lol

Don't know why, but I have never trusted any uploader to store my images ~ like Rich, I have all my files on my comp and pick the ones I want to post and either then delete them, or save them in the master file ~ as I do with all my animation work. By the way ~ I still find that Imgur is the best to use so far ~ it's quick and easy, takes everything [when I say everything, I have no idea about porn as I don't post that] but certainly 'bums and boobs' are no problem, and they are very good at large gif's as well

I click on upload at top of forum page and put in user name and password and then nothing.
I also click on "insert image" icon and get a whole translucent page.

that way just doesn't work for me *either*
I open a new tab to the main forums page:

http://board.jokeroo.com/

then click on the Jokeroo logo in the top left corner
this gives me the "CONNECT" screen
then I click on CONNECT and log in with my Roo login and password
as far as I know, the "insert image" has never worked

Once you have signed in to the uploader using this method, the upload tab at the top of the page works.

Insert image icon works fine for me, I use it all the time (unless you're talking about something other than the one at the top of the "Reply" box?)
