If you goto view..toolbars..script it'll come up.

I should imagine it will work as other PSP9 scripts I downloaded have worked.

Might need to edit as with the PSP10 but I haven't tested it yet.

def ScriptProperties():
return {
'Author': u'Suz Shook',
'Copyright': u"2005-2006 Suz's Place SuzShook",
'Description': u'Multiple Tag Generator Script',
'Host': u'Paint Shop Pro',
'Host Version': u''

Change the 'Host Version': u'' to 'Host Version': u'12.00'

Also when you choose your font colour,size etc..in the PSP10 set the 'Units' parameter to pixels.
Is there a way to save files as png's and to change the drop shadow that the script adds?
Sorry,I hadn't seen this question before today.
I have the script on my son's computer as I brought a new computer so I need to get the script from his PC and email it to myself.
I'll then add it to my scripts and check your questions out.

I've checked it and it does work in the PSP12.
The scripts trusted folder can be found in the Languages..IE section.
You would also need to make a new folder in there for Plugins,as for some strange reason they didn't supply one with the PSP12.

Also you'll need to make a new folder in the languages..IE section and name it Quick Guides..then in there make a new folder and name it Scripts

The edits that would need to be made for the PSP12 is instead of this in Part2..step2 ... Now you need to do is copy this
C:\PSP\TagsPSP3\SampleListOfNames_ss-MultipleTags.txt

Ignore that and instead copy this

FormatScript = r'C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2\Languages\IE\Quick Guides\Scripts\ss-MultipleTags\SampleFormatScript_ss-MultipleTags.PspScript'

Also at the start where it says 'Author': u'Suz Shook',
'Copyright': u"2005-2006 Suz's Place SuzShook",
'Description': u'Multiple Tag Generator Script',
'Host': u'Paint Shop Pro',

change the next bit to 'Host Version': u'12.00'

then save.

If you have any problems let me know and I'll email you the edited script.

I've checked and to save while at the same time keeping the layers seperate edit the part that says SaveType = to number 3
It should now say SaveType = 3

It will save the pictures in the folder TagsPSP2

I couldn't find a way to edit the drop shadow though,I tried making the drop shadow settings before running the script but it just changed back to the settings in the script when it was run.

To get to the PSP10 trusted scripts folder I believe you have to go through CDrive..Program Files..Corel..PSP10..Scripts trusted.

Also when you do Part 2 and edit the script here's the extra edits for the PSP10.
At the start you'll find from JascApp import *

def ScriptProperties():
return {
'Author': u'Suz Shook',
'Copyright': u"2005-2006 Suz's Place SuzShook",
'Description': u'Multiple Tag Generator Script',
'Host': u'Paint Shop Pro',
'Host Version': u''

Change the 'Host Version': u'' to 'Host Version': u'10.00'

Also when you choose your font colour,size etc..in the PSP10 set the 'Units' parameter to pixels.
Maybe Im just missing it, but Im not finding the scripts trusted folder in here..???? Ugh...I know I had to have you help me the last time when I goofed in 9..but I love this program, it makes tagging for alot of people sooo much easier.

The folders aren't easy to find,the missing plugin folders the most confusing LOL
Maybe they're in language as they come up in the users own language,if not it seems pointless not keeping the folders easy to find as in the old PSP9

I'll email the edited script to you.

Hello. I have X2 and used all the awesome advice and tutorial you did on here. I finally have it working and practically fell off the chair celebrating. I do have one question for you though.

Is there any way to get it to put the names on a particular tag to the left in the center of the tag?

name here side pic is here

My names are going on the bottom in the center and I was hoping for this one tag to do as it is above.

Thank you.

Just got this installed again...and now a quik question for you...

Is there away to keep it from adding the bevel and the shadow to the text when making the tags?

I recently got X2 Ultimate and I have been following all the brilliant advice and tutorial you offer here. Lots of frustration for several days: installing, unstalling, hair pulling, almost in tears... but I finally have it working and I just jumped to the ceiling with excitement.

So thank you so much...

Sorry I missed these posts,I will email the reply's too in case you still need them.

To get the names on the left of the tags ....
Next to Run Script you'll see a icon of a paper with a feather on it.
Click that,then find the part that says..LeftRightLocation = 1 ### 0 Left, 1 Center, 2 Right

Edit the LeftRightLocation = 1 to LeftRightLocation = 0
Then Save.
