Darkwiess...you are not making cartoons...you are making 'tags'...there's a big difference...you have PSP and you have PSP Animation, they are what you use to make a cartoon [that is something which has movement in it]....if you have a moment...look at my thread here in Finished Material and you will see what I mean.[/COLOR][/B]

Darkwiess to try and explain what I mean ~ having posted my last note here ~ I took your original picture...just watch the eye...this took a couple of minutes and is not what we would consider to be a finished piece of work ~ but hopefully it will show you what we mean about the difference between a 'tag' and an 'animation'....
