Ctrl Alt and the arrow keys can change screen orientation. You'll have to experiment to find the correct arrow key, but it should fix it.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to do it through the control panel:
Start
Control panel
Appearance and Personalization
Adjust screen resolution
Set "Orientation" to "Landscape"
Apply
