We may be a quarter of the way through winter but Riverside Walk still looks autumnal, with drifts of leaves and even some still on the branch. Once we get an appreciable amount of rain and frost the leaves on the ground will decompose into a sludge but the path is currently still nice to walk on.
It was raining when I left home for work this morning but soon stopped. We are due to have variable weather over the next few days, with wind oscillating between south westerlies and north westerlies and the temperature going up and down with it. No clear sky during the walk to work but a couple of short spells of blue sky since, between the showers.
