I have been walking (almost everyday) and eating as best I can and I have lost 6lbs. Yay! I still need more calories in good foods and I am thinking of calling in a Dietition through my insurance company. I couldn't complete my diary last night because I had 900+ calories left to use.
I believe I can't keep barrettes in my hair either. It's too straight.
I believe an itchy red scalp does not make it easier for sure. Do you put a nylon or something over your scalp before putting on the wig?
