Some family members are like toe nail fungus. You don't know they're planning to do something really nasty to you until it's too late.

For all it's worth, I'd expose the fungus. If he's trying to get to you, he's most likely trying to get to somebody else. You might care about the rest of his family, but in the long run, sooner or later, he'll be caught.
